Human Resources Assistant Required in Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee questions and concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Coordinating HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred
HR certification (CHRP, CHRM….)
Previous experience in human resources role.
Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
