Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with firm objectives, leveraging 10-15 years of experience in the professional services industry.
Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, crafting innovative recruitment strategies and effective retention programs.
Drive the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
Manage stakeholder relationships internally, collaborating with senior management and department heads to address HR needs and challenges.
Demonstrate strong people management skills, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement within the firm.

Qualifications:
