Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Taif Al Emarat in Ajman. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, training coordination, and assisting with other HR-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and understanding of Human Resources practices and principles
Experience in HR management and administration
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Proficiency in benefits administration processes
Ability to coordinate and facilitate training programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Knowledge in end to end process of recruitment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
