Sales Manager Required in Dubai -
Activate the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Café) business to its potential for Food & Non-Food products.
Responsible for the development of Business Plan and Sales Strategy, to achieve volume and revenue growth while ensuring profitability, by analyzing opportunities, signing new customers & managing existing customers.
Build excellent business relationships with all prospective customers, liaise with Brand Principals to develop product portfolio conducive to HORECA channel and work on a profitable business model both from a short-term as well as a long-term perspective.
Select & finalize specific product SKUs from existing retail distribution portfolio, conducive for HORECA channel. Liaise with Brand Principal & internal Trade Marketing on MOQ & Pricing of the same. Liaise with Brand Principal for any exclusive HORECA SKU necessity / prospect.
Scout for Products (Brand or Commodity) conducive for HORECA channel, to build a portfolio capable to sustain threshold business volume.
Set up meetings with prospective new product Brand Principals, finalize future business expansion plans.
Continuous tracking & updation of Category specific competition activity, like Loyalty programmes, event participation, print, electronics, and OOH participation.
Finalization of Agreement. Specific attention to be given for Margin protection, Spends arrangement and Payment Terms, Finalization of Channel specific SKU requirement.
Finalization of Business Plan, Finalization of transaction cycle w.r.t transit time & MOQ
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in any field. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in food industry handling HORECA Channel for Processed food products and Non-foods. 5+ years’ experience as Supervisor/Manager.
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
Experience in developing Business plans and Budgets, etc.
