Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as Sales Director at Laya Developers in Dubai. The Sales Director will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development.

Successfully strategize and launch our upcoming projects in Studio City and Motor City in 2024
Set Marketing Strategies with the budget
Have a huge network of brokers who are committed to sell our projects
Report directly to the CEO and lead the project launches and sell out of the project in a timely manner
Manage client and broker relationship

Qualifications

Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Service skills
Team Management and Leadership skills
Business Development and Strategic Planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful sales and team management
Customer-oriented mindset and results-driven approach
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field, or equivalent experience
Real estate industry experience in Dubai
