Arktel is a growing service outsourcing company and is the direct sales channel partner of Du based in Dubai. We are currently seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for training, onboarding and managing sales teams of both outdoor (door-to-door) and indoor tele sales.
As a tele sales executive you shall be able to upsell and cross-sell telecom products as assigned and achieve monthly targets. You have to comply with Telecom’s policy guidelines and code of conduct.
Responsibilities:
To achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
All customers’ communication is to be recorded on calls.
To ensure submission of all records/documents with accuracy.
Full awareness of the product knowledge in order to enhance and boast the tele sales.
Maintain an effective business relationship with customers.
To ensure proper handover in case of absence for business continuity.
To provide market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product improvement.
To maximize cross-selling of all telecom products.
Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints.
All leads and complaints are to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines’ skills.
Ability to develop strong personal and business relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related marketing field.
1 to 2 years of experience in tele sales of balance transfer is a MUST.
Multicultural awareness will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills must be possessed.
Strong sales skills are mandatory.
Good technical and office administration skills are required.
Individual must be a team player.
Location:
Dubai, UAE.
Our Offering:
Permanent Salary: AED (3,000.00 - 4,000.00) per month + commission.
Health insurance coverage.
Airplane tickets for home country visits.
