Opportunity Highlights:
Commission Structure: The manager receives an attractive 75%-80% commission plus 5% from the team’s overall commission. The company does not provide salary, expense coverage, or marketing investment; all are handled by the manager and brokers.
Operational Freedom: Full autonomy in operations, decision-making, marketing, etc. The company DOESN'T provide any leads or expense support.
Support Infrastructure: For easy transactions, all major social media channels are provided, the design of the business cards is available, a fully functional website, contracts signed with all major developers, meeting rooms, one dedicated desk, a RERA certificate, and a Broker Card are available.

A self-driven real estate professional with a knack for leadership and an extensive network, ready to take charge without needing to take care of corporate matters, licenses, approvals, and WITHOUT ANY day-to-day intervention from the firm's top management and owners.
