Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Specialist at MainProactive. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to real estate, including customer service, real estate development, sales, and managing real property. The role is based in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property skills
Experience in customer service and sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
Ability to analyze market trends and property values
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate
