We are looking for an Senior HR Executive, candidate must have more than 5 years of Experience in large organization preferably in Hospitality or Quick Service Restaurant.
A varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of Human Resources function including operations, implementing company policies and procedures and handling the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Al Ain office.
This is a Senior HR position, so therefore, you will be responsible for employee relations, process payroll, performance management and compensation and benefits. The suitable candidate will have generalist experience having worked across all areas of HR. This role will see you as the main point of contact for professional and legal staff, therefore it is key to be an approachable and personable individual.
Role Responsibility
Manages full cycle recruitment; recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Understanding the business demographic requirements to ensure effective recruitment to meet the overall business objective and Operational requirements.
Work closely with senior and line managers, providing them expert guidance, Keep up to date with legal developments and advise management on compliance and risk factors.
Manage investigation, disciplinary, and grievance matters to ensure successful scrutiny if challenged within the Labor Court.
Provide advice and guidance on individual employee relation cases, ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of the company's policies, best practices, and employment legislation.
Ensure that managers and staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
Provide support to staff on HR issues, as and when required.
Ensure that staff is informed and updated on the key business and organizational issues.
Monitor sickness and absence levels and provide monthly management reports
Review and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes to ensure Audit and Labour Law Compliance.
Manage the information held on the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with any legal or data protection policies.
Expertise in Payroll Process, ESB and other related HR matters.
Required Skills
Post Graduate
Minimum of 5 years of proven Human Resource Management and experience including the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice
Experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures
Experience in recruitment interviewing and assessment at a senior level
Ability to work autonomously and flexibly
Influencing, persuading, coaching, and negotiating skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Pro-active and self-motivated
Excellent planning and organization skills to meet the deadlines
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, Email and the Internet
Excellent attention to detail
Cooperate and supportive team player
Good working knowledge of HR systems
