Responsibilities:
Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date.
Managing with the end-to-end recruitment process.
Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues.
Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts.
Coordinating with the PRO with regard to employment visas and other related work.
Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records.
Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods.
Assist in performance management processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 yrs. experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field
