OB ROLE :

Project Coordination: Ensuring that projects are executed smoothly by coordinating with different departments or teams within the organization to meet client requirements and deadlines.

Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, invoices, and reports related to client projects.

Problem Resolution: Resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of client interactions, working to find solutions that satisfy both the client and the organization.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and preferences in the company's CRM system. Generate regular reports on client activity, satisfaction levels, and key performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications:
