Sales Coordinator Required in Dubai

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales team, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
· Provide business support to sales department through timely input and implementation of operational parameters
· Process orders by phone and email ensuring the correct products, prices, discounts
· Handle urgent calls and emails when sales team is unavailable, answer customer queries, inform about delays, delivery status, etc,
· Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and deliveries and handled efficiently
Experience and skills:
· Experienced in administrative sales, preferably in Food Service/ Distribution
· Computer literacy
· Excellent communications, sales & customer service skills
· Administrative, organizational and problem solving skills
