Real Estate Broker Required in Dubai We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants (Multi language speaker) to be joining our team in Dubai. No Salary only commission. Responsibilities: Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients. Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices. Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels. Attending developer launches or other industry related events. Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships. Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy. Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value. Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell. Consult with clients and identify their need, financial concern, and preferences. Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant. Required Skills: Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle is an advantage. RERA certified preferred. Strong sales and negotiation communication skills. Proven good Sales Track Record. Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
