Key Accountabilities
Ability to devise and deliver key HR projects
Develops strong working relations with management and staff, providing advice, guidance and coaching
Accountable for the development, implementation and administration of HR policies, programmes and practices
Develops and monitors HR annual budget
Establishes and leads staffing practices and procedures necessary to recruit, select and retain an effective team
Develops and implements training and development initiatives
Plans, develops, implements, and administers programs, procedures to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company
Develop and implement a company-wide performance management and compensation and benefits system/structure
Ensures the provisions of employee-centric and cost-effective benefits plan
Formulates and recommends HR policies and objectives for the company that will establish a positive employer – employee relationship
Manages all recruitment activities across the organisation
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and qualification in HR such as CIPD or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in HR
Strong HR generalist willing to be operationally focused
Previous experience in emerging markets in META is desirable
Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to devise and deliver key projects
Results and people oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
Fluency in a second language such as Arabic is desirable
