Role Summary: Pharmacists

Responsibilities:
1. Dispense medications and provide advice to patients regarding proper usage and possible side effects.
2. Ensure accurate prescription filling and maintain inventory of medications.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
4. Educate patients and caregivers on medication therapy management.
5. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
6. Provide immunization services and other clinical services as required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
2. Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription filling.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
