Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging and differentiated math curriculum aligned with academic standards and school objectives.
Plan and deliver effective math lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to facilitate student understanding and mastery of mathematical concepts.
Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Provide individualized support and remediation to students who may be struggling with math concepts.
Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and collaboration.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular connections and promote interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in math education and instructional technology.
Actively participate in school-wide initiatives, events, and committees to contribute to the overall success of the school community.
Qualifications:
Master's degree (must).
