About The Role::
We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in accounting with experience in VAT filing, corporate income tax, and auditing in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves consolidating financial statements for multiple companies across different geographic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
Handle corporate income tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Consolidate financial statements for multiple companies in different geographic locations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Prepare annual audit reports and support external auditors during the audit process.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate income tax regulations.
Proven experience in financial consolidation across multiple entities.
Proficiency in Odoo accounting software is required.
Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
